The disruption to our daily lives due to COVID-19 has probably affected all of us in some ways that we may recognize and in others that we may not—physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. With this in mind, MCCS has collaborated with the Base Chaplain to create a 24-question self-assessment available on the MCCS Liberty App. This "Total Fitness" tool can help you better understand your current physical, mental, spiritual and social fitness levels. Should you discover that you're lagging in one or more areas, resources are provided at the end of the self-assessment to get the help we all need from time to time to get back on track to maintaining total fitness.
The MCCS Liberty App is available to download free-of-charge for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play.
